Dear
students, parents and teachers, At requests
from some of our parents, I am pleased to announce that MCLS will host a
seminar – road to college. We have invited a few families with students
who either graduated from high school last year and are already in colleges or
are graduating this year and are heading to colleges. They will share
with us their experiences in preparing for colleges and answer questions you
may have. If you are
interested in learning how this process works and how to map out the path to
college, you are welcome to join us for this free seminar. Please send me
a reply to indicate the number of people coming to the seminar in order for us
to know the size of the audience. You may also include in your reply any
specific questions you would like to be addressed in the discussion. The
seminar will be held from 3-5 on Sunday, April 25. Room number is to be
determined. Look for the sign posted on the hallway in the We are
quickly approaching the end of the school year. Our last day of class
will be May 2 when the final exams will take place. Please help your
students review what they have learned and prepare for the tests. Our spring
potluck is scheduled on May 9, from 4-7. Please bring a dish to share and
invite your families and friends to join us. The school will provide
drinks, fruits, snacks, plates and napkins. We will recognize our
teachers and give out awards for students who participated in the hand writing
event. The location will be at the Community Center in Thank you
